This illustrates that we don’t just need to lose weight so that we can look more attractive. Reducing your weight and getting into good physical shape is more important than being thin. It’s about feeling comfortable and finding a weight you can maintain.
When we have a family, we need to consider how they can learn to eat well. It’s our responsibility as the adults in the house to help our children adopt sensible habits where diet is concerned. We’ll have to endure the consequences if we don’t make some changes – the really sad thing is so will our kids. Which mom and pop wants that?
