Our chakra system consists of total of seven chakras and each one is situated at a different body point. Chakra’s health is reflected by the health of that particular region in the body which is associated with the chakra. Each chakra is associated to personality traits.
Chakras are Aura’s entry gates. Chakras are activity centers which receive, express and assimilate life force energy. A person’s spiritual, physical or mental state is the responsibility of the chakra. Energies from the universe, people, things, nature are absorbed and transmitted to and fro.
The seven main chakras are positioned along the central line of the body from the spine base to the top of the head. These chakras vibrate continuously.
The behavior in the chakras has an impact on the body’s shape, spiritual processes, chronic physical ailments and glandular processes.

A well balanced person is in touch with their body and well grounded, conscious of their feelings devoid of being lined by them, in good shape and vitality, content sexually with no craze for it, heart would be compassionate, peaceful, loving, centered, third chakra balance would help in attaining confidence and that too without dominating anyone, the upper chakra balance would develop personal connection with spirit ideas and thoughts, imagination and wisdom and everything would get communicated with complete truth and clarity, ability to listen to others would be developed.
With practice and patience chakra healing will get developed and help us attain the above. This depends entirely on a person’s structure and style of the practitioner. Critical thing that one must not forget is that body, soul, spirit and mind jointly with the seven chakras are one unseen whole.
